Tim Kinman was born and raised on a large farm in Kentucky, which taught him his work ethic from an early age. Tim studied business at Northern Kentucky University. He has been a business and financial manager in the hotel industry and for an electrical contracting firm. In 1991 while selling his own home, he decided to get his license and do it himself.
